Policies
 | No Smoking inside any home. |
| Pets permitted at selected locations, must be on leash when outside,
and never left unattended without pet carrier accommodation. |
| Some properties are available for less than full week rental period. |
| Cancellation policy:
 | Up to 30 days before first date of reservation, with notification in
writing, deposit refunded with $25 processing fee; |
| With less than 30 days notice, rescheduling for another visit to same
property at later date, refund applied to future rental and no fee charged; |
| With less than 30 days notice, cancellation deposit will be refunded
(with $25 processing fee) to the extent that PPM is successful in renting to
a replacement party.
